Contract Manager

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a main contractor with an excellent reputation focusing within the private, commercial and local authority sectors across�the Hampshire/Berkshire & Surrey areas.�

They are seeking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the business and look after 3-4 developments.

You will be reporting directly to the Construction Director�with the salary ranging between �70k - �80k�p/a + package DOE.

Key Responsiblities:�

Your day to day responsibilities include: working closely with the surveying and buying team, ordering materials, customer liaison, chairing meetings, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met, overseeing a multiple�sites, looking at cost effective methods to minimise spending to budget, negotiating contracts and generally day to day running of the site to ensure site team are supported.�

Key Requirements:�

You must have relevant experience working for a main contractor as a contract manager, you must be organised, have strong communication skills and be highly pro-active in your work ethic. They are looking for somebody who is a strong leader, takes ownership, takes pride in quality that they build, and somebody who is confident when dealing with clients or stakeholders. You must have relevant management qualifications to be considered for this role. They are looking for somebody who is hungry, driven and with a proven track record of success and delivery of high standards to budgets and deadlines throughout career.�
