Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the negotiation, drafting, and execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of contract law.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct on site surveys to obtain essential information

- Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and suppliers to achieve favourable outcomes for the company.�

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as legal counsel, finance, and operations teams to ensure contract terms align with business objectives

- Ensure all Health and Safety (H&S) paperwork is on-site, filled in, and adhered to during project works. Oversee the running of installations on-site, coordinating deliveries and managing the schedule.
