Contract Manager - Mechanical

As Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all PPMs, reactive and minor installation works on all Mechanical plant and systems on the commercial portfolio of properties. You will oversee the specialist subcontractors who deliver the works and ensure all the compliance and required reports are completed.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a full appreciation of all mechanical plant and relating systems in commercial buildings including commercial gas and have managed specialist subcontractors in a previous role.
