Our client is a�dynamic team and a leading provider of comprehensive fire protection solutions. With a commitment to safeguarding lives and property, we specialize in delivering innovative fire protection systems and services to commercial, industrial, and residential clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee our fire protection projects and ensure their successful execution from inception to completion.



Position Overview:�As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing fire protection projects, including installation, maintenance, and inspection services. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in the fire protection industry, and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead and manage fire protection projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of services.

  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.

  • Proactively identify and address project issues, conflicts, and challenges to minimize disruptions and maximize project outcomes.

  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project reports, to maintain accurate records and facilitate project transparency.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to promote collaboration, trust, and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to fire protection systems and incorporate them into project management processes.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the fire protection industry.

  • Knowledge of fire protection systems, codes, and standards (NFPA, FM Global, etc.).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

  • PMP certification (desirable).
