Services are made up of electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, certification and Installation servicesAbout the Role:As an Electrical Contracts manager you will be joining a dynamic team and will be:Responsible for the day-to-day management of the project team.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality and standards.Reporting to project directors, identifying risks, and ensuring they are reported, managed and mitigation measures are put in place.Develop an understanding of our client’s needs and ensure accurate and factual communications with the client. About the CandidatePrevious experience as an Electrical Contracts ManagerPrevious experience in electrical testing, emergency lighting, and fire alarms would be beneficialPrior experience working with public sector clients would be usefulMust have electrical knowledge/qualificationPrior public sector experience with social housing and government buildingsStrong man managerPrior electrical testing experienceAble to multi-task a number of smaller projectsPoints of AppealLong term contractFinancial stability.Local regional work.
