Civil Engineering�& Groundworks Contracts�Manager

Direct reporting line to owners, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple residential groundworks and civil infrastructure projects across Southern England.
�
Duties:
- Undertaking regular formal inspections of sites.
- Manage and oversee multiple construction projects within the region.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with�contractual requirements.
- Work closely with the finance department to manage project budgets effectively.
- Review and approve project expenditures to ensure financial targets are met.
- Programming and allocation personnel.
- Ensuring Health and Safety processes and procedures are adhered to on-site.
- Supporting and motivating site teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communications regarding project progress and�contractual matters.
