Contract Manager ( Civil Engineering )

Civil Engineering�& Groundworks Contracts�Manager

Direct reporting line to owners, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple residential groundworks and civil infrastructure projects across Southern England.

�

Duties:

• Undertaking regular formal inspections of sites.


• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects within the region.


• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with�contractual requirements.


• Work closely with the finance department to manage project budgets effectively.


• Review and approve project expenditures to ensure financial targets are met.


• Programming and allocation personnel.


• Ensuring Health and Safety processes and procedures are adhered to on-site.


• Supporting and motivating site teams.


• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications regarding project progress and�contractual matters.
