We are looking for a Contract Delivery Manager to fully manage a contract area of our UKPN contract, as part of a wider framework agreement. You will have profit and loss responsibility and, through a team of project managers, will be responsible for driving programme delivery. You will ensure work is completed to the highest possible standards in terms of safety, environment, quality, customer service and profitability.
What you will achieve.
Effective Contract Shutdown, Project Planning and Delivery by ensuring Project Manager targets are achieved.
Ensure sales and profit will be ahead of budget and WIP will be reviewed on at least a monthly basis.
Satisfactorily resolve all landowner complaints in their assigned regions.
Train and mentor new Project Managers and Junior Project managers.
Achieve a high level of safety awareness and employee/field team safety accountability throughout the assigned region to achieve zero lost time accidents per year.
Where applicable cover the Senior CDM`s duties whilst they are out of the business.
Lead any internal programming and planning meetings. Lead or represent any external meetings as may be required at the time.
