Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Contract Steering Coordinator to join our client on an ongoing long term temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 12 months.

Office based
Hours per week: 37
(Monday – Thursday 7:30-4:30 Friday 7:30 -13:00)
Pay type:

The responsibility of the Contract Steering Coordinator is to gather information from all internal and external sources on project relevant processes
develop and manage project management tools for the successful implementation of a new contract
implementation of project management tools to control and minimise risks
collate, organise and measure and report the project status
communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
customer requirements into proposed actions
end to end processes to ensure stable working operations
and present material for meetings and workshops with mid-level management teams
of Workwear Champions Circle at all necessary locations
What you’ll need to succeed –
to degree level or equivalent in Business Management.
communication skills, in English and German
of contract management
to operate under pressure and able to find ways to resolve conflicts
accurate in numeracy
in MS Excel, and building dashboards in Power BI
the tenacity to follow things through and ensure owners of issues shut them down with the required outcome
