Job Title: Architect or Architectural Technologist
Hourly Rate: �30-�35 Per Hour
Location: Manchester (Will consider remote working for right candidate)
We are working with a global multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who are currently looking for an Architect or Architectural Technologist to join the team on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will be a senior level Architect or Architectural Technologist who will have experience working on a variety of multi-disciplinary projects, producing distinctive architectural solutions and managing the delivery of technical design requirements across all RIBA stages. You will also have a good knowledge in the production of technical details and specifications.
Job Specification
ARB Registered or MCIAT
Demonstrable experience working on life scientces, custodia or defence schemes
Experience in Design and Technical detailing, conversant with British standards and building regulations
Detailed experience in RIBA stages 3&4 is ideal
Must be willing an able to obtain SC clearance for the sectors these projects sit within.
