That means delivering better outcomes for our clients, helping our people to realize their potential, and doing our part to create a prosperous society.Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 110 offices worldwide.Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for an Contract Administrator to join our Commercial Developer Real Estatein London.Owing to the nature of the projects, the role will suit someone withUK/London consultancy andlarge project experience.Duties will include:Manage directly, and in certain circumstances liaise with others in the management of and engagement with a set of stakeholders, etc.to ensure project timescales are met;Procure (where appropriate), manage and direct a diverse range of Consultant expertise across a multi- disciplinary set of skills;Oversee the management of construction project design, estimation and project planning including all relevant statutory processes, procurement management and maintenance forecasting, working closely with various client departmentsUndertake compliance checks against contracts;Work to achieve value for money at each stage of the contract;Produce and work against contract management plans for each contract;Monitor contract performance and administer service credits and warranty payments where applicable;Analysis on a range of commercial and technical information;Development of reports and presentations to update key stakeholder groupsQualificationsHave an understanding of the tasks required undertaking in both pre and post contract roles, including procurement, contract formation, post contract cost control, contract administration, value management / engineering, risk management and final accounts.Experience in the NEC form of Contract preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication and client facing skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Right to work in Ireland.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
