Continuous Improvement Manager

Careerlink are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager who will lead critical projects to enhance operational quality and safety across depots in Sidcup, Tottenham and Greenford.

Key responsibilities include developing Standard Operating Processes based on best practices, such as recycling processes, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements. These improvements will be presented for management approval.

Location: Tottenham
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Skills and Requirements:

Proven track record in continuous improvement, ideally in warehouse, logistics, or distributed operations.
Six Sigma or similar training.
Experience with FTSE 100 companies known for strong SOPs.Benefits:
