We want people to make their mark in a professional community that truly values people, innovation, and achievement.THE ROLE:The Continuous Improvement Team is a new and exciting unit tasked with making a positive difference through driving and embedding cultural change in the planning, execution and sustainment of improvements that will deliver a significant impact against the University Strategy.In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of improvement projects, achieving measurable targets, aligned to the University’s strategic ambitions. You will be a skilled facilitator with experience in Service Design, Lean and/or other continuous improvement methodologies with demonstrable experience of delivering improvement with measurable benefits and savings. In addition to undertaking improvement reviews and projects you will deliver skills transfer to the wider organisation to help colleagues to execute their work more simply, efficiently and effectively.You will work with the Head of Continuous Improvement to create an appropriate improvement framework, develop standard methodologies, tools and techniques and lead training activities that develop and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the operations of the university.As you will be working alongside operational teams it is essential that you have high-level analytical skills and are an excellent communicator, able to simplify messages and influence stakeholders to implement and embed lasting improvements.This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference, please direct enquiries to ##### .DISCOVER THE ADVANTAGES OF JOINING OUR UNIVERSITY.
