Description

Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives within logistics.
  • Training and coaching cross-functional teams in lean methodologies.
  • Developing strategic plans for operational activities within the transport & distribution sector.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Managing communication between different stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented projects.
  • Reporting progress and results to senior management.
  • Autonomy within the role to manage their schedule in the most efficient and effective manner

Profile

The Continuous Improvement Manager should have:

  • Continuous improvement experience across multiple sites
  • Successfully managed projects from start to finish
  • Lean qualifications advantageous
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within logistics distribution and supply chain.
  • Exceptional knowledge in lean methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Stakeholder management
  • Previous exposure to business transformation
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Happy to travel between sites within the Midlands, particularly Lutterworth

Job Offer

The successful Continuous Improvement Manager will receive

  • An attractive salary package around �50,000 per annum, with a range of �50,000 - �60,000 depending on experience.
  • Additional benefits including a �6,000 car allowance.
