Our client, a leading business in their sector is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.



Due to growth our client is looking to add a Continuous Improvement Manager to their team, working closely with the Head of Continuous Improvement and the wider business to enhance and improve the overall running of the organization, simplifying and improving business processes where possible.



The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role such as Change Manager, Process Improvement Manager or similar, and be well-versed in continuous and change improvement across the organization.



Key Responsibilities:



- Management of key change / process improvement projects to ensure effective delivery and rollout across the organization



- Working with teams across the business to understand their challenges and ensure effective improvement



- Working with users to implement new solutions



- Developing and adapting solutions using Excel templates which incorporate complex formula to fulfil business simplification



- Recording the benefits of new solutions



- Being the go-to person within the organization with any queries or concerns relating to projects and the solutions involved in the change process



Key Experience:



- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Change / Process improvement role where you are experienced in implementing change across the business



- Project Management skills and the ability to think outside the box



- Ability to use your initiative and work independently when required



- Excellent practical knowledge of the MS suite, particularly Excel



- Experience using SQL



- Business Analysis skills, with the ability to make decisions with confidence and challenge decisions when required



- Data analysis skills



- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
