An opportunity for an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead has arisen to join a rapidly expanding fast paced Industrial Manufacturing company based in the Lincolnshire area. The successful Continuous Improvement Lead will join a thriving team of Continuous Improvement Engineers and be welcomed into a lively environment.

This is a brand new role, and will involve commuting to their sister site occassionally which is roughly 70 miles away - so flexibility is needed as well as a driving license and a car. 

As the Continuous Improvement Lead, you will be leading Continuous Improvement projects across the two sites. 

This is an exciting time to join this company as they have just instated a brand-new industry leading personal development programme, allowing engineers to grow and evolve with the company. They have also just had a multi-million-pound cash injection which has allowed their factory to include state of the art machinery and bespoke specialized equipment. There are numerous projects being carried out at the moment and Continuous Improvement Engineers are being selected to take a lead on these with full ownership which provides a variety of work for the engineers. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will need

• Project experience
• Continuous Improvement experience 
• You will hold an engineering qualification
