Main Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for implementing and leading continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve key metrics in safety, quality, time, and cost.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, define and scope projects, and implement lean tools to improve.
Train, coach and influence others and, acting as a Change Agent, champion continuous improvement efforts throughout the organisation.
Partner with leaders to identify improvement opportunities, develop solutions, and support building the business case.
Facilitate Kaizen events and shop floor improvement activities.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing.
A strong understanding of manufacturing systems, quality tools, and their application.
