Are you from a Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing or Engineering background, seeking the chance to join a leading aerospace manufacturer in a position with fantastic progression opportunities, where your ongoing development will be actively encouraged through training programmes and progression pathways?

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Continuous Improvement, from a Manufacturing, Production or Process Engineering background, looking to develop their career and help drive positive business change. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and change, coaching and supporting varied engineering departments in the implementation of new systems. Specialist training will be provided.
This role would suit a Continuous Improvement professional looking for further training and development, an autonomous role and the chance to future proof their career, in a rewarding position with a dynamic, future-focused company.
The Role:

  • Helping to drive Continuous Improvement across a manufacturing site's departments
  • Identifying and developing improvement opportunities
  • Will involve regular communication with people from all areas of the business

The Candidate:

  • Will have some prior experience of Continuous Improvement
  • Will have experience in a manufacturing environment, and an awareness of key principles
  • Will be a strong communicator, and comfortable with coaching and mentoring people
