We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join the XPO team at the Saint-Gobain Gotham Logistics Hub on a full-time, permanent basis. This position plays a crucial role in driving Saint-Gobains operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives while providing essential support to project management activities.
Pay, benefits and more:

Responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement:
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste.
Analyse current workflows and identify areas for improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Conduct process mapping exercises to visualise current workflows and identify inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.
Develop and implement improvement plans across the various sites, ensuring measurable results and sustainable practices.
