Contentious Probate Solicitor

We are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their team in Bury St Edmunds. This is an excellent permanent opportunity that offers flexible hybrid working.�
Key duties to include:�

• Dealing with trustee disputes, family provisions and will changes.�


• Provide general counsel to key clients and stakeholders.�


• Delegate paralegals and support staff with appropriate case work.�


• Undertake fee earning tasks in accordance with firm expectations.�


• Complete networking and business development tasks.�

The successful candidate will have:�

• A minimum of 2 years PQE.�


• Strong experience managing a varied and full caseload of Contentious Probate matters.�


• Strong work ethic and attentive to the small details.�


• A team player and willing to develop your skills.�
