The appointed Contentious Probate Solicitor will be dealing with a range of contentious matters relating to wills and trusts. Your role will be to advise a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations. The appointed candidate will be expected to support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and support to the more junior members. Our client offers hybrid working arrangements, with 4 days a week in the office and one day a week worked remotely. The successful candidate will be joining a team of highly skilled solicitors that possess the knowledge and expertise necessary to handle even the most intricate probate cases.THE CANDIDATE:The ideal Contentious Probate Solicitor will need to have 3 – 7 years’ PQE and will have previous experience handling their own caseload of contentious probate matters. The firm are considering candidates at Solicitor, Associate and Senior Associate level. Our client is seeking an exceptional Contentious Probate Solicitor who possesses a unique blend of legal expertise, client-focused approach, and strong attention to detail. As you will play a key role in developing and building the department through networking and business development. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders.
