Content Traffic Manager (with shoot experience) – 12-months fixed term
Location : STING FILMS® , TBWA\MCR, Manchester City Centre
Days : The Content Traffic Manager will be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday are set days) and as required for shoot days.

Job description:
Bring the disruption -
This role is a unique opportunity to really get stuck into all aspects of what STING Films offer. You will traffic work through the post-production team as well as be responsible for overseeing any content production required.
Daily tasks
Allocate and manage the internal production (STING) resource using Trello/Float.
Sit among the team of editors, 2D and 3D motion graphics designers and content creators, fielding ad hoc requests and supporting them with each brief allocated to them.
Represent STING at daily resource meetings.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal creative teams, account teams, production teams and external/freelance crew and maintain good relationships.
Review project briefs and ensure they are detailed, accurate and aligned with the creative.
Communicate regularly with account members to ensure alignment with project timelines.
Develop project cost estimates.
Provide any necessary feedback having facilitated Creative and Executive Creative Director (ECD) reviews.
Work into Head of Production and Head of Design and Content, giving updates on resource where necessary.
Support the post-production team with any technology, software issues or updates needed.
Licensing (music and stock)
Other tasks
Organise content shoots, overseeing the production process from project commencement to completion.
Produce detailed production schedules for each project, encompassing pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
Creating ballparks and formal costings considering all relevant factors such as freelance crew, internal crew/equipment, equipment rental, location costs, insurance, and post-production costs.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of production processes in various media formats.
