About the opportunity: We are extremely excited to be searching for a Content Producer to join our Media and Communications Department, where you will work across the range of Everton platforms to provide engaging, relevant and incisive content to a variety of audiences and stakeholders – including, but not limited to, Everton fans.This role will require a continuous contribution to the sourcing and production of editorial, social media and interview content for use across the Club’s digital media and broadcast outlets. The role will involve sourcing, planning and creating social media content for our digital platforms, evertontv and the Club’s website.Working within our team of Content Journalists/Producers to ensure our content output supports the key Club objectives - with the aim of driving audience growth – the Content Journalist/Producer will support and will be suitably knowledgeable in relation to the means of delivery of content across all platforms, both online and offline.You will have a passion for social media and be full of innovative ideas of how we can produce content to showcase the best of Everton FC.Knowledge of the Club’s fanbase is essential in this role, with proven experience in working in a fast-moving news-gathering environment, along with the ability to encourage and promote the values of Everton Football Club.Who we’re looking for: We are looking for a talented, dedicated Content Producer who is experienced with social media and content production, and who is able to work within a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.What‘s essential is knowledge of news gathering and sports journalism, specifically in the football area. Equally, understanding and experience of utilising social media as a news tool and commercially relevant tool.
