Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Strategist to own and manage all aspects of our inbound lead generation strategy. This role is critical in driving our content marketing efforts, optimizing our website and SEO, and managing our inbound funnel to attract and retain clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Leverage AI tools, online resources, internal documentation, and other resources to create original and SEO-optimized blog content 5x/week. Distribute this content across all our social channels.
Website Coordination: Work closely with our website team to publish new blog posts and make website updates to enhance lead generation.
Customer Engagement: Develop newsletters and graphics on a monthly basis to keep our existing customers informed and engaged.
Review Management: Collect Google reviews from placed candidates and inform them about our referral program.
Analytics Reporting: Publish quarterly analytics reports on the tech hiring landscape for our customers and social media channels.
Lead Generation: Create lead magnets and other gated content to generate inbound leads.
Strategic Research: Continuously research and implement new strategies to increase visibility and generate inbound leads for the firm.
Desired Experience:
5+ years of content marketing and professional writing experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
Deep understanding of why certain pieces of content are more effective than others.
Strong social media management skills.
Highly organized and analytical.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
