Klimato makes the food industry a better version of itself - proven by the fact that in the past three years, Klimato customers have reduced their carbon footprints by an average of 10% YoY.The RoleWe are currently embarking on an ambitious journey with the goal of becoming the market leader in our industry. As our Content Manager you will have a crucial role in this journey. Your responsibilities would include creating compelling copy and devising content strategies for user acquisition and brand awareness, such as CRM, SEO, SEM and Social. You will be part of an internal cross-functional marketing team and collaborate with colleagues across the organizationResponsibilities:Responsible for creating content that is memorable, shareable, useful, and drives genuine engagement from interested audiences.Craft engaging copy from impactful headlines to persuasive CTAs and engaging landing pagesResponsible for a full funnel content strategy collaborating with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals and target audiencesWrite and create compelling content in all channels including websites, paid advertising, and social media. Including blog post, ads, whitepapers, guides, customer case studies Create visuals for social, ads, guides, presentationsSEO optimize written content for search engines to improve online visibility and organic traffic to our website.Translate new features and capabilities into customer-facing communications in order to increase customer and market adoption.Required ExperiencesAt least 3-5 years of experience in strategic and operational work with content, copywriting and developing creative materialProven track record in setting and executing content strategies in SaaS-environments.Proven experience in working with SEO and content managementProficiency in analyzing content performance, leveraging insights for iterative improvements, and a plus if there is an understanding of copy related to design principlesData-driven mindset and the analytical ability to enhance SEO and content using performance dataStrong creativity for content developmentSelf-driven with a continuous improvement mindset, yet a team player who enjoys collaboration across stakeholdersExperience working with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google ads suite, Semrush).Familiarity with content management systems (e.g, Storyblok, Wordpress, Hubspot)Native-level proficiency in both written and spoken English.Proficiency in German, Spanish and/or French is a plus.The Ideal Applicant Will HaveExperience from SaaS preferably one with a product-first go-to-marketExperience from SaaS with a land-and-expand business model
