Job DescriptionContent ManagerLocation: BedfordshireWork Environment: Hybrid and Flexible Working Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 + BonusIf you’re looking for Content Manager job at a fast-growing independent agency that has won multiple awards for their company culture and the quality of their work, and lead their Content efforts and team, this is a role you don’t want to miss!Content Manager Role and ResponsibilitiesAs the businesses new Content Manager, you will operate in a 360-account management position, working to deliver comprehensive content campaigns for clients, lead the team of Content Executives, and lead on content strategy. Your will also:Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders and clients to achieve strategic delivery that meets client needs.Lead and manage the content team, while working with other teams within the business as needed.Plan, forecast, and roadmap campaigns for clients.Manage the full process including deadlines and KPIs are achieved, within budget, and quality is maintained.Support the Head of Content on new business pitches and acquisition.Grow and develop your existing client portfolio where possible.Your Skills and ExperienceThe business will support you to continue to grow and develop, with the opportunity to progress in your career to a Head of Content position as the agency grows.
