This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Content Designer to join a new team of brand creatives. As our Content Designer, you will deliver inspirational content across a large variety of channels both internally and externally, to support our brand communications.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Develop new and innovative ways of delivering content in line with the latest marketing trends.
Work collaboratively with leaders across Marketing, Internal Comms, Social Media, and Editing.
Produce and create a programme of digital & non-digital content to be used across most of our channels to increase engagement with audiences and stakeholders alike.
Your designed assets will support:
Social media.
Marketing campaigns.
Internal colleague comms.
This role will play a pivotal part in bringing our brand to life after our recent brand strategy and guidelines launch. So, if you are passionate about developing creative ideas, graphics, videos, and photo edits then we need to hear from you!
We operate smart working principles at cardfactory, combining some days working from our support centre in Wakefield (1-2 a week) with some days working remotely from home. Reporting into the Senior Graphic Designer to create content across multiple channels to support our seasonal and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning content for a multi-channel approach for each campaign.
Creating digital content (graphic, video, and written) that engages our colleague and customer audiences.
Contribute to enhancing brand perceptions across the business through relevant work, ensuring a great experience.
Working across multiple channels including digital, print, and web for both internal and external audiences.
Prioritizing and scheduling work effectively, anticipating problems and adjusting the allocation of resources and time accordingly.
Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Aftereffects are essential to this role.
Evidence of experience (portfolio) in content creation, including filming and editing engaging content and working alongside multiple teams.
Demonstrate experience of working within brand guidelines while achieving creative results.
Meticulous attention to detail & proofreading.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Ability to work as part of a team but also display initiative.
Well organized and technically accurate.
Possess good communication, project, and time management skills.
