As a member of our close-knit UX and Design team, you will champion the value of User-Centred Design as part of delivery best practice across all digital products and services.In our team you will learn how to:Create high quality content which is clear, easy to understand, and accessibleDeliver the information your users need, in the place they need itUse data and research findings to inform your content decisionsMake sure your content is accurate by working closely with Subject Matter ExpertsCollaborate with other teams and specialisms, like UX Designers, User Researchers, Developers, Product, DeliveryReport on and present your work, both internally and to client partnersWork closely with our UX & Design Team to share knowledge, learn new skills, and design transformational servicesContinuously improve content based on user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices to improve usability, engagement, and conversion rates.Ensure that content follows all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including accessibility standards, privacy laws, and industry regulations. The following skills and experience are essential for this role:
Relevant experience as a Content Designer or similar field
You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with brand tone of voice guidelines, design patterns and style guides
You have worked as part of an Agile Scrum team
You can address the needs of key stakeholders whilst creating a user-centric design
Experience using Markdown or HTML
