As the Content Executive you’ll lead all product content production across both two major brands, the assets you deliver will inspire, support and convert customers with confidence. You’ll build relationships with our supplier partners to identify product stories that will inform and engage audiences, enhancing the shopping journey pre and post-purchase. This is an initial 6 month contract in a market leading retailer.
Key responsibilities
Product content production (video and still imagery)
Develop and deliver assets that inspire, engage and convert customers on time and in-budget
Video content that enriches our online and instore experience e.g.
Post purchase product content
Insights from internal teams to create engaging consumer facing assets
Content development to support channel requirements.
Product content to support all brands/ labels ’
Contact with agency partners – set objectives and KPIs, brief and oversee work, provide feedback, negotiate costs.
Internal product teams (buying, copywriting, ecommerce) and external agencies to create assets that align our business objectives and storytelling requirements.
Brand, campaign and tone of voice guidelines are executed across all collateral.
Attend shoots as required.
Supplier
Product partnership with deliver our contractual obligations and maximise the effectiveness of the partnership.
Buying with supplier requests and exclusive product ranges to create value for our customers.
Budgets
Responsible for managing budget including raising PO’s and accurately recording spend.
Skills, Experience and Attributes Required:
Proven experience working in a fast-paced retail or agency environmentdelivering assets on brief, on time and in budget.
A team player with strong collaboration skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative, with a strong attention to detail.
in stakeholder management and ability to build strong relationships with the confidence to provide constructive feedback.
and organised - good project management skills with the ability to prioritise and influence others to see a project through to completion.
