If you're passionate about social-first concepting, design, and video production, this role is for you!As a Content Creator, you'll play a pivotal role in translating creative and content strategies into engaging social moments. You'll collaborate closely with various departments, ensuring that our social content aligns with overall objectives and resonates with our audience. From organic to paid social, you'll be at the forefront of crafting compelling content that captures attention and encourages action.Responsibilities Include:Ideating and producing planned and reactive organic social content in line with our content strategy.Concepting, shooting, and editing content for platforms like TikTok/Reels, with a focus on maximizing engagement.Collaborating with creative teams to adapt big campaign ideas into social-first content.Utilizing insights and analytics to optimize content performance.Capturing social content during shoots and handling ad-hoc design requests.QualificationsSkills & Experience:Proficient in self-shooting and video editing, with a keen eye for detail.Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud suite, After Effects, and Photoshop.Provenexperience in a social or content role, preferably within an agency or brand.Expertise in social media platforms, formats, and trends.Understanding of brand visual identity on social and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.Experience using analytics and data to inform content strategy.Nice to Have:Ability to work with Cinema 4D or similar software.Knowledge of digital cinema cameras and basic lighting setups.Stay updated on online consumer behaviors and industry trends.Versatility in creating various types of marketing assets.Additional InformationOur Commitment to Diversity & InclusionDiversity and inclusion are a core part of our DNA at Leo Burnett.
