Contact Centre Sales Manager

Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Contact Centre Sales Manager to join a fast growth tech business based in Newcastle city centre. Basic salary of up to £38,000 DOE + £15k OTE + annual bonus.Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll lead recruitment, onboarding, and coaching for Sales Team Leaders and Advisors to ensure exceptional performance. Responsibilities:Managing the day-to-day performance of your Sales Team Leaders and their teams in a B2C environment, coaching and improving processes to achieve targets and KPIs.Managing sales performance, monitoring market activity, and implementing procedures for continuous improvement.Collaborating with senior leadership to devise sales strategies and analyse data for enhancements.Oversee the professional development of your teams, including sales training, personal development, monthly 121s, and performance.As a member of the extended leadership team, you'll oversee management reporting and foster their company culture of support and results.Benefits:25 days holiday.Option to buy 5 or sell 5 twice a year.Pension contributions, 5% employee, 3% employer contribution.Access to discounts platform; shopping, retail, gym, cycle to work, etc.Maternity, paternity & adoption pay.Free eye test.Company events.About You:Previous Sales Management or Team Leader experience.Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Skilled in recruitment, onboarding, and adapting to change.Strong project management and stakeholder relationship abilities.Experienced in diverse employee relations resolutions.Proactive, self-motivated, and growth-oriented.Proficient in optimising customer journeys and service levels.Effective in people management, coaching, and setting KPIs.Capable of generating and interpreting sales reports.Excellent communication and time management skills.Skilled troubleshooter and problem-solver.If you are interested in this Contact Centre Sales Manager role, click ‘apply now’ and a member of our team will be in touch.
