They are looking for a Contact Centre Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team in Bristol on a 12 month FTC. What you'll be doing •
Provide quality performance assessments of calls / correspondence.•
Analyse and report on trends and insight with the coaching team.•
Use data to review processes, educate, and strengthen consistency across teams.•
Work closely with the coaching team to ensure a smooth, positive process for customers. What you'll need to apply •
Previous Quality Assurance experience within a contact centre / customer service environment.•
