At Stratstone, our Contact Centre Executives are the first point of contact for our customers, attentively listening to their needs and recommending suitable products and services. You’ll conduct outbound calls for service, MOT, vehicle maintenance and other aftersales-related bookings whilst building strong relationships with our customers ensuring that their satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:
Expertly managing inbound and outbound calls with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing profitability
Building authentic relationships and strong rapport with every customer, with a key focus on enhancing customer loyalty and retention
Being a true expert and fully knowledgeable on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence
Proactively conducting follow-up calls related to divisional marketing campaigns
Ensuring systems stay up to date in accordance with database protocols and guidelines
Do you have what it takes to be an Stratstone Associate? We’re looking for someone who is:
Equipped with previous customer-facing experience, preferably with knowledge of the automotive industry
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can engage, build authentic relationships and establish strong rapport with our customers
Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages, database experience is desirable
Able to adhere to all company and manufacturer policies and protocols
Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
