Job Description As a Contact Centre Claims Advisor you will be working in a regulated environment and will be first point of call for existing customers assisting with a range of daily enquiries and corresponding with customers via webchat and email.You will be ensuring the best level of customer care is provided at all times and making sure service level agreements are exceeded.
