Job Description As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be working in a regulated financial services environment handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a wide range of enquiries ensuring these are resolved promptly and efficiently.You will also be corresponding with customers over email, webchat and social media platforms.The role will be very fast paced ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.
