We deliver reliable and resilient AWS infrastructure and are expanding our automated CI/CD delivery pipelines to empower the developers we partner with.About the Role This role possess innovative problem-solving skills and leadership qualities in technology. ResponsibilitiesDesigning, deployment and support of AWS infrastructure and applications, using CI/CDAbility to rapidly absorb new technologies and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to identify and communicate risks/impacts and then adjust as necessarySeeking and implementing efficiencies to erase toil to allow more focus on project work and lasting improvementsCollaborating with various teams and disciplines to promote and develop DevOps best practices.RequirementsDemonstrable knowledge and expertise of 24 x 7 operational support of systems hosted on a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure for example)Experience of deploying Cloud infrastructure using modern software deployment patterns (We like CICD, GIT, Jenkins, ansible and terraform but cross training is available!)Have solid experience in working with engineers to deliver their best in an inclusive and psychologically safe environmentExperience facilitating technical and planning meetings to identify best outcomesStrong planning, Agile, problem solving and time management skillsWork in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
