Consulting Managers

Our Client is a leading strategic consultancy and leading enterprise and best practices consulting firm working with global companies.Requirement:They require Consulting Managers to be part of their Financial Transformation Practice focus on Finance Transformation capability in the UK and across European practice. Working with C-suite executives and GBS / SSC leadership teams, design and implement change/transformation programmes to deliver World-Class performance.The Consulting Manager is well-versed in GBS transformation and is responsible for knowledge capital development. The Consulting Manager should be skilled in identifying follow-on opportunities with existing clients and should have the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with current clients. A Consulting Manager must possess strong management skills and significantly contribute to sales opportunities and delivery of GBS transformation initiatives.Consulting Experience:Maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellenceAbility to identify and sell on opportunities at existing clientsCapability to include both written and verbal skills around the design of deliverables/provision of client adviceLeading project workstream teams from planning through to executionChange management experienceAbility to work under your initiative.Technical Experience:Viewed as knowledgeable in Global Business Services and Shared ServicesViewed as experienced in Finance processes i.e., PTP, OTC, RTR and FP&A / with deep knowledge in at least one sub-process area.Working knowledge of HR and IT processesViewed as an experienced in Operating model design and implementationFinance systems deployment experienceAwareness/knowledge of current and emerging market trendsGood understanding of business transformation and programme management lifecycle.Experience required:Min. 5 years in major Financial Transformation including 5 years in consultancy in a consulting firm or Professional Services organisation in a leadership role.
