We have extensive relationships with autonomous school groups, localauthorities and third-party organisations who share our interests in this field.What we are looking for – an entrepreneurial and driven person holding extensive experience of fundraising and with agenuine interest in making it easier for local volunteer groups to raise funds for their pipe-bands. There istremendous scope for sponsorships and grants as well as creating opportunities for local people to leave giftsin their will, and helping to boost cost-effective event fundraising.Have you had extensive experience of fundraising and want to play a part in making this easier for others? Steering Group, set up to advise on how Scotland’smuseums and galleries can better reflect the country’s role in empire, colonialism, and historic slavery. MGS islooking for an ESSM Manager to oversee the delivery of actions identified for MGS in supporting museums toimplement the recommendations. They will work with colleagues and Scottish museums to centre anti racism andanti-colonial principles in their work. The post holder will be expected to measure and report on progress ofthe recommendations.The post holder will bring expertise in anti-racism and anti-colonial practice with strong skills in networking,research and enabling.
