Compass Associates are proudly working with a leading provider of specialist mental health, learning disabilities and neurorehabilitation services, to recruit a Consultant Psychologist & Clinical Lead for their new neurobehavioural service in Staffordshire. You would be based at a new inpatient service which will provide specialist therapy, rehabilitation and support for adults who have challenging behaviours and/or organic mental health conditions (e.g. Personality Disorders, Anxiety, Depression or Schizophrenia) due to a Traumatic or Acquired Brain Injury. As Clinical Lead of this new psychologically-led service, you will lead the specialised neurobehavioural rehabilitation programme, form positive relationships with commissioners and be a key member of the Senior Management Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychologist (who has experience and/or keen interest in neuro) to be involved in the establishment and development of a brand new neurobehavioural service, as well as maintaining a clinical aspect to your role, being a member of the Senior Management Team and having extensive CPD and career progression opportunities. This is a full time permanent role which can be worked over 5 or 4 long days. Essential criteria:HCPC registered PsychologistDoctorate level degree in Clinical, Forensic or Counselling PsychologyExperience and/or a keen interest in neuroQualified Clinical Neuropsychologist (desirable)Chartered Member of the BPS Division of Neuropsychology (desirable)Interview Process
