If so, then join the team at The Farndon Unit and experience what delivering great healthcare should feel like.We are looking for a general adult or forensic psychiatrist to fill a permanent position (37.5 hours per week) at The Farndon Unit in Newark. The job would see you join an established multidisciplinary team, including 2 other psychiatrists, 2 associate specialists, nursing, OT, psychology, social work and a sensory assessor. The unit houses 47 beds across five wards catering for female patients with low secure care Bolero and Cortland Wards), a high-dependency psychiatric rehabilitation unit (Aster Ward) and two acute wards (Ruby Frost and Darcy Ward).You will act as a Responsible Clinician for 18 inpatients across the low secure and acute wards. You will need a CCT in General Adult or Forensic Psychiatry or equivalent qualification and experience of working with and leading multidisciplinary teams.
