Our expert team is committed to delivering established outpatient therapy and psychiatry treatments for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, and addictions. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality support to adults, offering practical and effective help to all our outpatient service users.
Role Overview: As a Visiting Consultant Psychiatrist (Adults), you will play a pivotal role in supporting our structure at the Priory Bristol Wellbeing Centre. The current focus is on expanding our Psychiatry team to meet the growing demand for psychiatric assessments and treatments. Referrals come from both self-paying individuals and various healthcare providers, including PMI. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a blended approach, conducting face-to-face and remote appointments to ensure flexible and patient-centered care.
Requirements:
Qualified consultant registered with the GMC
Previous NHS experience as a consultant psychiatrist
Proven experience in psychiatry, with a focus on adult mental health
Ability to conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and deliver effective treatments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
