Job DescriptionPearse Partners Private Equity team are hiring as a growth hire to expand the team. The team specialise in front office Private Equity across Infrastructure, Energy & Real Assets within the UK with some exposure to US market.Over the past 5 years, Pearse Partners have grown to be leaders in front office search with teams covering Investment Banking, Private Equity, Credit, ESG and Investor Relations. Based in London we have ambition to open offices in Europe and US.Role:Identify and engage with Private Equity Professionals from mid to senior level, developing relationships on initially a candidate basis with the opportunity to move into business development.Understand both the candidates’ backgrounds and motivations, client mandates and efficiently match the twoCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing, on candidate and client generation, providing market insight to strengthen the team offeringOpportunity to actively business develop relationships across the Private Equity market with the view of developing long term relationshipsBe a key player in the deal process from end to end, directly influencing the careers of industry leaders and the businesses they go intoAct as an ambassador Pearse Partners within the market both with prospective candidates and clientsBecome an industry expert by taking advantage of our training and development program and conducting your own market researchIdeal Experience:8 months+ experience within recruitment or executive searchExperience recruiting across Financial Service or a related sector e.g. Consulting, Strategy, CFO is desirable but not essentialConfident on the phone speaking with mid-senior level candidates & clientsExcellent communication both written and verbalHigh level of attention to detailCollaborative team playerBenefits:Unlimited holidaysPrivate HealthcareHigh Flyers TripsQuarterly Lunch ClubMonthly High Achievers BreakfastBi-Monthly Wellness Activities
