Job Title:Consultant NeuropsychologistLocation: LeedsType: PermanentShift Pattern:Up to 35 hours per weekSalary: £95,000 per annum + £6,000 Golden Hello BonusSanctuary Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist / Consultant Clinical Psychologist to join our client's esteemed team at a rehabilitation unit in Leeds, dedicated to individuals with acquired brain injuries. Additionally, you will oversee operations at their nearby unit in Leeds.This pivotal role involves leading the planning and development of innovative clinical services, providing support and advice to their clinicians and interdisciplinary team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing their holistic neuro-behavioural services in response to evolving clinical and commissioning needs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop leadership and clinical skills, working closely with governance and operational management to support their multidisciplinary team.Candidates must possess significant expertise in clinical neuroscience/neuro-rehabilitation, along with strong team and leadership skills. Provide strategic professional leadership, ensuring the development and implementation of systematic responses to service needs.Interpret professional policies and ensure services operate at the highest quality and best practice standards, with a strong emphasis on research and development.Drive the development of high-quality, innovative, and evidence-based neuro-psychological rehabilitation practices.Deliver expert clinical services and offer support and advice on neuro-psychological clinical practice.Provide professional guidance and expert consultation to clinical neuro-psychologists, clinical psychologists, and other clinicians.
About You
Post-graduate doctorate in clinical psychology (or equivalent) accredited by the BPS.Practitioner Full Member of the BPS with QICN qualification in Neuropsychology; or within 12 months of completion; or extensive experience as a Clinical Psychologist in Neuropsychology.Registered as a clinical psychologist with HCPC.Relevant advanced specialist training/qualifications meeting BPS standards for Consultant grade.Training in clinical supervision for Doctoral trainees.Breakaway training or equivalent.
