As a result our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.We are seeking to recruit a proactive and ambitious Consultant to provide fire consultancy services to a range of clients in the NW (Manchester/Liverpool area),and the NE (Newcastle area). The successful candidate will have detailed and practical experience on the delivery of fire risk management services across a range of commercial, public and infrastructure clients. Tier 2-3 QUALThey will be responsible for managing their own daily activities and workload with deliverables and timescales agreed with their line manager. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding on a range of services including:Providing our wide range of clients with fire consultancy servicesWide range of different projects across many sectors.Excellent understanding of UK fire safety legislation and standardsFire strategies and design reviews.Develop retrospective fire safety strategiesFire technical and management advice and services to clients.Fire risk assessments and evacuation procedures.Excellent client liaison and communication skillsCommission Management and financial control.Excellent IT ProficiencyMinimum of 5 years’ experience in practical fire risk management services.Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant H&S / design / engineering / property related disciplineCFPA European Diploma in Fire Prevention (or equivalent).Registered with a relevant UKAS accredited organization or professional bodyT&T is a leading global property consultancy, with around 3,000 employees in the UK and over 6,000 globally.
