About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated Consultant in Emergency Medicine to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our emergency department, you'll provide direct clinical care, supervise staff, and contribute to the teaching and development of medical professionals.
Services Relevant to the Post:
Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) Unit
Adjacent Radiology department
Seven-day per week Mental Health review
Major Trauma Unit within the Wessex Major Trauma Network
Transfer medical links including HEMS, Coast Guard, and Ambulance services
Resuscitation room and Majors' cubicles with central monitoring
Co-located Urgent Treatment Centre providing Minor Injury and Illness services
