We’re looking for a Consultancy Manager to join our Source Design Team based in or close to Maple Cross or London. Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexity, flexible work life balance and much more.Location: Maple Cross, Hertfordshire or based close to London - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office/sites required.Contract: Full time, Permanent – flexible and part-time hours may be available if desired, just let us know.ResponsibilitiesThe Consultancy Manager you will be responsible for the development of consultancy business within the Source Design Business, both internally and externally to Kier.Your day to day will include: Working closely with Head of Design and managing a team of including utility designers, Civil Engineers, Administrators, Document Controllers and covering all the major disciplines - electric, water, communications, and gas. Identification and conversion of opportunities in the marketplaceProvide technical knowledge to optioneer schemes to deliver optimum outputsWho are we looking for?This Consultancy Manager would be great for you if you:Chartered Engineer or show strong understanding of the complexities of Civils Utilities from both technical and regulatory perspectiveExperience of generating income and of supervisory managementWe’re all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferable skills are always welcome!
