You will take on a busy and varied caseload for both contentious and non-contentious matters on behalf of a broad range of clients. The appointed Construction Lawyer will join an established team assisting with the preparing and negotiating construction documents, security bonds and guarantees, building contracts and collateral warranties. You will have the opportunity to play an active and key role in the future direction of the firm, and this is a great opportunity for the successful Lawyer to progress their career working in an award winning firm.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are sought-after from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ experience of dealing with a range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters. The successful Solicitor in this role will be accountable for consistently delivering on all aspects of construction law, have excellent communication skills, and be an active member of the construction team.
