A construction solicitor for a specialist, commercially focused firm based in the West End. This progressive firm has over two decades of envious history, relentlessly offering exceptional expertise to amazing clients including large corporations, luxury brands, and HNW individuals. The firm has doubled in size over the last few years, attracts outstanding talent from the UK’s elite, including Magic Circle firms, and is consistently facing ever-growing demand from first-rate clients brought about by their reputation and their meticulous and tenacious approach to work. They are now looking to hire a new construction solicitor to further bolster their firm-wide expansion.
Main Duties
You will join the firm’s successful real estate team based at their West End head office on a hybrid basis
Undertake a varied caseload consisting of JCT contracts, warranties, joint ventures, developments, property contracts, forward funding agreements and transactions with interaction between the property owner, constructers and third parties such as social housing and energy centres etc
Support the lead partner and be a key player with regard to the continued growth and development of the team
Represent the firm in the highest regard through your expert knowledge and fine-tuned professional and personable characteristics
Requirements
You will be a construction solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE in construction law
A sound understanding of construction law and a tireless motivation to keep abreast of changes in law
Fantastic coordination, natural relationship management skills, and an efficient and organized approach to your consistently accurate output
You absolutely must have a stable work history. This is essential to your application being progressed
Salary & Benefits
