Construction Solicitor - Contentious & Non Contentious

Role: Construction Solicitor
Experience: NQ to 3 years PQE - Contentious & Non Contentious
Salary: �55,000 - �65,000
Benefits: Hybrid working, Onsite Training, Progression, International Clients.
Here at Simpson Judge we are looking to assist one of our Leading Legal 500 clients with a national and international client base, in their search for experienced Construction Solicitors, who would ideally already possess Contentious and Non Contentious experience at this particular moment in time.
The successful candidate will join an established small team who are on due to generate in excess of �(phone number removed) in revenue for the department, so to reiterate prior tangible prior experience where you have been able to work on your own contentious and or non contentious construction matters would be required.
Prior knowledge working on:
* Time for completion and liability to pay liquidated damages;
* Property valuations;
* Specification issues;
* Workmanship and material failures;
* Rent reviews;
* Land valuations;
