As an Construction Project Manager, you'll report directly to the Development and Finance Director. This role extends to both Taco Bell-owned properties and guiding third-party franchise businesses to maintain brand standards. Additionally, you'll coordinate major maintenance projects and ad hoc initiatives across the estate.
Provide guidance to franchisees to ensure adherence to brand standards throughout the scope of work.
Generate weekly progress reports to track project milestones.
Evaluate and report on the performance of contractors and consultants involved in projects.
Select, coordinate, and manage external consultants and contractors for project completion.
Develop project briefs, solicit tenders, and oversee works on-site within budget and quality standards.
Prepare budgets, obtain approvals, and effectively manage project costs.
Implement design concepts, equipment layouts, and brand standards.
Collaborate with franchisees to ensure compliance with brand standards and contractual agreements.
Secure all necessary consents for works, including planning permissions and building regulations.
A professional qualification in Project Management or Building Surveying (e.g., Extensive experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Ideally, experience in managing projects within a national multi-unit franchise retail environment.
Valid clean driving license with willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.Hybrid work schedule
