Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Whitstable, UK
Job Type: Permanent
Our client are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential projects in Whitstable. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management and residential construction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the site
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered to their satisfaction
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management
- Ensure that Health & Safety regulations are adhered to on site
- Manage on-site personnel, including subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accurate
Requirements:
- Proven experience in site management, with a focus on residential projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- CSCS Card and SMSTS or SSSTS Certificate
